Dr. Nicole Powell is a Searcy native who returned to her hometown to create beautiful smiles for the same community that brought her many smiles throughout the years.
Dr. Powell received an excellent, well-rounded education right here in Searcy, which helped provide her with the right tools to pursue a career in orthodontics. She attended the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!), where she majored in biology.
After college, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Powell completed three years of advanced specialty training in orthodontics at the University of Tennessee, where she earned her Orthodontic Certificate and Master of Dental Science degree for her research in orthodontics.

The Invisalign system can only work if the recommended guidelines are followed exactly! Aligners should be worn 20 – 22 hours per day throughout treatment. If patients neglect to wear the aligners as directed, it can impede the results and add time to the orthodontic process.
