Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet your Hometown team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs.
During your initial consultation, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Provide a complete oral exam, with X-rays, to determine if treatment is necessary
- Help you create a customized treatment plan
- Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans

Your Custom Treatment Plan
After reviewing your records, Dr. Powell will provide a custom treatment plan, outline what you can expect, and answer any questions you may have.
Dr. Powell will point out specific areas of concern and show you what kind of corrections you can expect.
Dr. Powell will take as much time as you need to answer your questions and decide what kind of treatment is best for you. Dr. Powell and the treatment coordinator will then walk you through the process.
